Introduction to the lamination system:
The stacked optical system consists of photovoltaic modules (also known as solar panels), wall-mounted controller system (including MPPT charging module, input circuit breaker + lightning protection, output insurance, DC energy meter, RTU 4U module) photovoltaic installation bracket, transmission and distribution cables and other components, which can realize solar energy collection and conversion, so that it can be converted into DC48V electrical energy generation system to power the communication load.
Optical stacking system is an energy transformation scheme suitable for switching power supply systems of various manufacturers and models. It can be modified without interrupting the power supply and directly superimposed on the original switching power supply system, without the need to power off and reconfigure the entire base station. This can not only reduce the time and cost of renovation, but also ensure the continuous power supply and stability of the base station. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the transformation of old base stations. It can achieve the unity of energy saving, environmental protection and economic benefits, and contribute to the development of the communication industry and environmental protection.
Working principle
The electricity generated by the PV module passes through the stack controller DC-DC PV module after buck treatment and is connected to the DC busbar of the switching power supply. The operating voltage range of base station equipment is 42V-58V, and the rated operating voltage is 54V. In the case of sufficient sunlight, the DC voltage of the stack optical controller is 0.5-2.0V higher than that of the original power supply cabinet of the base station (can be adjusted according to maintenance requirements), so as to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and preferentially consume photovoltaic power. The current switching process is two-channel online switching.
★ When the stack light controller converts voltage > When the original power supply cabinet of the base station has DC voltage, it automatically switches to use photovoltaic power first.
★ When the stack optical controller converts voltage < When the DC voltage of the original power cabinet of the base station is applied, it seamlessly switches to the original power supply;
★ When the grid has power, photovoltaic power generation and the grid jointly supply power to the load, the priority is to use photovoltaic power generation, and the grid supplementary power supply.
Features of the optical stack system:
1, Wide input voltage range: 60 ~ 150VDC, through the hot swap module design, easy maintenance and upgrade.
2, adjustable DC output voltage: 42 ~ 58VDC, to meet the requirements of the base station equipment operating voltage range.
3, a wide range of DC output current: 0 ~ 300A, can adapt to different load requirements, to ensure the normal operation of equipment. 4, high efficiency: the maximum efficiency of the system conversion can reach 98.3%, compared with the AC photovoltaic scheme increased by 10%, can increase 10%-30% power generation;
5, with RS485 and RS232 interface, easy to communicate with the base station FSU, remote monitoring and management.
6, dual online switching: to ensure the continuous power supply and stability of the equipment.
7, wall-mounted design: easy installation and maintenance, space saving, protection level IP55;
8, stability: full modular design, online hot-swappable installation and maintenance. Short installation time, easy to open; .
In summary, the optical stack system is an efficient, intelligent and reliable energy solution for communication base stations, which has wide application prospects and economic benefits. It can effectively realize energy saving and emission reduction, and reduce the operating cost and maintenance cost of the base station.
